Although I must admit it feels odd, lonely without Cici and Happy with us, it is good just to have time for the two of us.

Ever since New Zealand, all those months ago, we have rarely been alone.

I think M and I have a bond that few lesbian, yet alone straight couples have which has been forged through our shared experiences, both good and bad.

M has been my pillar of support throughout everything, especially that nightmare of India.

To be in a country in which being a same sex couple is legally recognised is certainly nice. Of course we still get stared at, well first we are oriental, second lesbian, third pretty.

Now you might not like that we are Chinese, you might not be accepting of us being Lesbian. You may despise our profession and you may even be jealous of us.

We are financially independent now, mobile and deeply in love, that's not too shabby for 2 girls in their early 20's I think.

But more important maybe, we are together.

The gay scene in Buenos Aires, in common with other cities in South America, starts very late. Apart from one bar (Flux) and the cruising bars and movie theaters, nothing really starts until around midnight. Very few people arrive at discos until 2 a.m. but then the discos will fill rapidly such that queues form outside, particularly on Saturdays.
The principal discos and bars mostly operate from Thursday to Sunday but there are show bars with comedy drag and strippers open seven nights a week. Most of the cruising bars, cinemas and saunas are open seven days a week, with some being open 24 hours throughout the weekend.

The gay scene in Buenos Aires appears to be free of dress-code, uniforms, and clones; dress for all occasions and places is informal lightweight summer wear (although in the southern winter you will need a sweater or jacket in the cool evenings). 

So I guess you figured it out we like it here a lot.

The local girls and the couples (if you want that) are cool , of course theres a few predator girls/ couples but there easy to spot and their reputation precedes them.
